Summer 2016 Must Haves

After being gone for waay to long, I'm back! Today I wanted to go over three of my favourite 2016 face products!

In the summer I definitely like to go a lot lighter on the face makeup, which is why I usually stick to these three products!

First up is my absolute go to every single morning. The Urban Decay B6 vitamin-infused complexion prep spray. I mist this over my entire face before any other makeup and allow it to dry. This spray is a life saver when it comes to evening out my complexion and minimizing my pores.

Next, is Benefit's Girl Meets Pearl. Even when I don't wear makeup, I still like to add some highlight to my cheekbones. I find this liquid pearl is perfect for this because it doesn't make your skin look oily/ greasy it just adds the right amount of shimmer.

Finally, my last summer must have face product is Benefits Dew the Hoola liquid bronzer. I absolutely love this product for summer. It adds just the right amount of colour without having to pack a tonne of powder on a hot day! The one trick I found with this product was that it was definitely easier to apply it on tieback of your hand and then with the ring finger of your other hand, carefully blend into the skin. I found all the other ways I tried to apply it (brush, directly from finger etc.) lead to it looking rather streaky and uneven.
